Chain Reaction Coaching - helping you achieve your goals

About Us

Chain Reaction

Our goal is to reach for success for each and every one of our clients.

Chain Reaction Coaching was born from a passion to help individuals achieve their goals in life. It’s as simple as that! We believe in the power of positive thought and acting on it. At Chain Reaction we use a range of techniques to help individuals or groups get to the place they want to be.
We address Passion for life, Beliefs, Values, Strategy, Energy, Communication and Connection to others. All the above allow each individual to make positive changes to their lives.

Is Coaching for you?

  • Do you feel like you are lacking in direction?
  • Have you set goals in the past and not achieved them?
  • Do you need someone to support and champion you to achieve?

When we initially sat down and discussed our aims for the company, we consistently came to the conclusion that our goal was to reach for success for each and every one of our clients.

At Chain Reaction we believe that you can achieve your goals.

Having had 15 years experience with the Probation Service, I decided I wanted to spread my wings and look outside to see where the next challenge was.  I found it in Life Coaching. I’m a fully trained Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programme (NLP) Practitioner. My passion in life is challenging beliefs and making the transition from the negative to the positive, my role as a coach is clear to me. I look for achievable results and work with each and every client to realise them.

Sport has always played a major role in my life, culminating in me competing in both track and field athletics and volleyball at national and international levels. I am also passionate about voluntary work and have given time to various organisations over the years including Vitalise,  Youth at Risk, local youth initiatives and Victim Support.

I fully understand the value of self motivation, discipline and commitment.

Coaching offers a great platform for discussing and taking forward your goals in life.  I’m a great believer in moving forward and challenging yourself and with the support of a coach it becomes easy to make that transition in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

I look forward to working with you!

daisyI was in my third year at university studying architecture when I decided that working with concrete wasn’t for me. One day walking from the campus to my classroom I stopped, looked at the blue sky, prayed for courage and quit. That didn’t go down very well with my parents but, as much as I love them, my life is my own.  I decided to travel instead.

My journey has been full of ups and downs. From working in Paris as an interpreter to working with offenders in the Probation Services, life has been challenging and exciting. I have learned to focus on what I want and to plan my own path through life whilst being as disciplined as possible in order to achieve my goals. I believe in taking positive action, appreciating what I have earned whilst contributing to a better community.

I am a fully trained life coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. I am particularly interested in assisting clients in identifying and tackling the barriers that are preventing them setting identifiable goals.  In my view, someone’s past is only the building blocks of what they are today.  But I don’t focus on the past.  Life coaches focus on the present and on the action that you need to take to change whatever you want to change about yourself. Without that commitment, life coaching is not effective at all.
